Koovashni Reddy
Koovashni formed CleanGen in 2012 to fuel the clean energy transition with the development of clean energy power stations. As Managing Director, she sources, evaluates and optimises investment opportunities while overseeing daily operations.
Koovashni has over 33 years experience in the energy industry and she is a passionate advocate for clean energy. She has tenaciously pursued the clean energy transition with her entrepreneurial ventures for over two decades. In April 2021, she established ACE Power with a few global renewable enthusiasts using CleanGen’s 1.3GW solar and battery pipeline as the foundation assets. In 2005, she established Australia’s first retail solar hot water and solar power using a service payment plan. Prior to that, she developed wind farms at Wind Power as the Finance Director.
Her corporate experience includes senior roles at Industry Funds Management, AGL, Energy Australia, Integral, Delta and Pacific Power.
Koovashni holds a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
